How can I order fabrics online?
Browse our selection, choose the fabric you like, select the color and quantity, and add it to your cart.

On the product page, what does “Number of meters” mean?
It refers to the length of fabric you want to buy. For example, if you order 3 meters of a fabric that is 1.5 m wide, you will receive a piece that is 3 meters long and 1.5 meters wide.

Do the photos on the website match the actual fabrics?
We do our best to ensure the photos accurately reflect the true color and texture of the fabrics. However, please note that there may be slight color variations due to different screen settings.

Do you have a physical store?
No. Sales are online only.

Is there a way to see and feel the fabrics before purchasing?
Yes! You can order fabric swatches and color cards before buying. For details, see our page on how to order samples.

Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as the fabric hasn’t been cut yet. Fabrics cut to your requested length cannot be returned. For details, see our Cancellation and Return Policy.

How do you ship fabrics and how long does delivery take?
You can choose delivery to a pickup point or directly to your home. Standard delivery time is about 4 business days to most areas. We ship nationwide! For more details, check our Shipping Policy.

Can I arrange self‑pickup?
Generally, we don’t offer self‑pickup. However, in urgent cases, you can contact us to see if special arrangements are possible.

Can I buy fabrics wholesale?
Absolutely! Wholesale discounts are available starting from 10 meters of the same fabric and color. For details, see our page on Wholesale Fabrics.
